Vivian Doumpa is an urban planner and geographer from Thessaloniki, Greece living and working between Greece and the Netherlands. She is coordinator of Tópio, a project by Creativity Platform NGO, where together with her team she works as a creative placemaker, with a special focus on youth and schools, while conducting research and developing programs on creative economy and urban development.
She is an associate partner for STIPO Thessaloniki, partner at The City at Eye Level, and an independent research for The Busking Project.
