Maciej is a mobility urbanist at Municipality of Skawina.  He thinks that the best mobility plan is a good land use plan, and works with local communities empowering them and promoting placemaking as strategy. Within his department they try to work out of the silo and across other departaments with a people oriented approach. In his spare time he likes to do fun stuff like building rain gardens, workshops with kids and students, promoting placemaking and active citizenship.
