Huma Daha is an architect and urban planner who currently works as a consultant for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank on policies related to urban planning, transportation, and gender. She is also the founder of the Citizen's Mobility and Development Foundation, which focuses on gender, safety and transportation.

Before that she served as the Manager of Operations & Planning at the Transport Company (LTC) of the Government of Punjab. There she planned and launched the Pink Bus service in Pakistan, which specifically serve women; planned and implemented cards for students and seniors on buses; created driver training programs for public transport; and planning and monitoring public transport in Lahore in general.
