Guillermo is the founder of Mexico City base Lugares Públicos, He obtained the degree on Master of Science in Urban Studies from the University of Brussels, University of Vienna, University of Copenhagen and the Complutense University of Madrid. He is partner in México for PPS in the Southwest Airlines Heart of the Community program. Guillermo is also a consultant in urban participation processes, workshops and analysis; developing community master plans and strategic public policies.
