I am an urban planner specializing in placemaking, community engagement, and translating public input and human behavior analysis into urban design. At Project for Public Spaces, I am a core team member for Southwest Airlines Heart of the Community Grants Program, an innovative and unique corporate social responsibility program and technical assistance, where I am involved in all aspects of the program including visioning, concept development, design, programming, management and measuring the outcomes.

Most recently, I have been working on creating the peer to peer exchange programs with placemaking partners in many countries including my native Russia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, and Azerbaijan.
