I use research as a way of seeing the world and society in a reflection. My path combines perspectives, ranging from arts and philosophy to cultural economics and community development. I am working as a consultant for Lithuanian Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Culture on solving the problem of cultural activities being not adapted to the specific needs of different local communities. I helped to introduce the concept of creative placemaking, design creative placemaking strategy for policy makers and a practical guide for cultural operators.
